Drop knives off by end of day Thursday on scheduled sharpening days (see below) and knives are sharpened the next day. We call you when they are ready to pick up! $6 per blade for standard sharpening.

We have a state-of-the-art kitchen utilized by local professional chefs, to facilitate a wide variety of hands-on participation classes. Our classes provide customers with an opportunity in today's fast paced society to invest a small amount of time, just two hours, to learn something new to impress their friends the next time they entertain. Since our classes are hands-on, we limit them to 12 participants, so that you may receive individual attention from the Chef.
